Who we are
This website, Ford Radio Codes, is run by BEN SKY LIMITED (company number 08348493), registered office C/O Not Just Numbers Limited, 5 Carrwood Park, Selby Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, LS15 4LG. What we collect and why

Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use cookies and we do not store anything on your device for tracking. Usage figures are counted on our server. The anonymous identifier that links the steps of one form visit together exists only in the page while it is open and is not saved.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers to run the site: Cloudflare (website hosting and network security) and a server provider (our database). Emails to you are sent through our email provider. We also send usage events, which include your IP address and browser information but no names, emails or serial numbers, to an analytics service that we operate. Your request and contact details, together with your IP address and browser information, are also copied to an internal request-handling tool that we operate, so our team can look up and email your code. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, this is under UK-approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
Radio code requests and contact messages: up to 12 months, then deleted. Usage events: up to 26 months. We may keep limited records longer if the law requires it or to deal with a complaint.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to our use of it, withdraw consent, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email info@fordradiocodes.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Providing your data
The request form needs the details marked as required so that we can look up and send your code. Without them we cannot help.
Security
Data is sent over HTTPS, stored on a protected server, and only accessible to authorised staff through a password-protected, read-only dashboard.
Terms of use
Ford Radio Codes is run by BEN SKY LIMITED and helps owners of Ford vehicles to recover the security code for a factory-fitted radio.
- It is free. We do not charge for looking up a radio code and never ask for payment details. Each code is looked up by our team by hand and emailed to you, so it is not shown on screen.
- No guarantee. We cannot find a code for every serial. If we cannot, we will tell you by email. We are not responsible if a radio locks because a wrong code is entered, so please check the serial you give us and the digits you enter. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
- Your confirmation. By submitting a request you confirm that the radio is yours or that you have the owner's permission to unlock it. We may decline a request if we suspect misuse.
- Independence. This is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ford Motor Company. Ford and model names are used only to describe compatible vehicles.
- Use of the website. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated tools to submit requests.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
We will update this page if our use of data or these terms change and show the new date at the top.
